Minor Works Projects

Carillion are able to access the full skills and experiences of Carillion’s extensive in-house project delivery and management capability organisation when they are required to deliver any ad hoc or project works under the leadership of one designated Project Manager.

We will:

• appoint a single Project Manager  with the authority to develop a programme of works, ensuring that the right capabilities from across the company are applied to deliver projects effectively and efficiently
• develop a fee structure that means that the Project Manager will not need to be paid for if there is no work to be done
• activate our in-house multi-disciplinary design practice, TPS, to deliver any design, CDM or approvals management activity
• employ our leading Health and Safety project processes and culture
• employ tried and tested Project Management and Design-to-Cost processes developed over billions of pounds of development activity
